My first visit to dreams.i was very impressed with the range and quality of the stock.i was permitted to examine and try the full range without any pressure.i was told that I could take whatever time I needed to ensure I got the correct product for my needs

Because you had a good range of tempur mattresses for us to try out, and the staff member who served us (Andrew) was very helpful and knowledgeable but not push.

Excellent experience from walking into the shop through the entire purchase process. The layout was clear and easy to find the products that were of interest to us. Allowed enough time to try ourselves before sales assistance asked if we wanted help. Gemma from Havant was very informative on the Tempur products and helped us make the right decision. Free Delivery and Free Disposal was a nice touch when spending a large amount of money to feel more special as a customer. Highly enjoyed the experience and thanks for great service.

There is always a lovely atmosphere in Dreams, calm and unhurried, you are always made to feel welcome, and it is always an enjoyable place to spend some time trying out the various beds and dreaming which one you would buy.

Came into the store yesterday to see if the product I had seen online was available to look at. Was dealt with by Andy who was very helpful with advice. I said I would check on measurements at home and all being well would return today. Dealt with Matt today as Andy not there. Matt was equally helpful. I didn't feel pressurised and felt uplifted by the attention I was given.
