I initially received a helpful introduction to what I was looking for, then I was left and given ample time to explore the stores products without too much interference.

I visited the store twice over two days - the first time to just get a feel for what was available and secondly to make up my mind and place the order. I dealt with Gemma on both occasions. She was informed, professional and friendly - allowing me time to show interest before approaching me. She demonstrated pulling out of drawers, ease of moving the bed, etc and told me about various mattress properties. After I had made my decision she efficiently completed the Order confirmation. She offered tea or coffee on both visits and when I had a coughing attack (I've got a cold at the moment) quickly got me a glass of water. At no time did I feel rushed into making a choice - and she was happy to go over colours etc. more than once to clarify my questions. Overall, and as a trainer who has conducted "customer care" sessions in my own past career (in HR) I would rate Gemma as a first-class and very professional Salesperson with excellent product knowledge. Delivery has been fixed for 5th May (the most convenient date for me) Thank you - Jan Barrett

Good customer service and very helpful finding a bed with a quick delivery time

The gentleman who served me was very knowledgeable and helpful and made making my selection very easy. I was not able to comment on the quality of the product in the earlier part of this survey as I am still awaiting delivery.

An assistant was immediately available to serve me. Her knowledge of the different types of mattress was wide and guided me to the mattress which best suited my needs. She provided a mattress topper, which I use at home, so that I could try various different types of mattress and I was given time to make my decision.

on entering the shop julie welcomed us and was very helpful with all the information we needed , sorted us out with a pillow each and told us about the colour codes , and a hot drink . and had a talk about a bed for our mum , and bought 2 mattress and will be going back and very plesed
