Myself and my partner were pretty clueless when we went in to Dreams, we needed a bed and a mattress but didn't know where to start! Julie helped us by providing us with pillows and explained all the different types of mattresses and to go around and try them all. It was quite fun! :-) Julie checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were ok and advised us if we needed anything just to let her know. Once we had chosen our matress, she then showed us the different types of bed frames and head boards, she was great and really knew her stuff! Whilst making the purchase Julie explained all the details so we were clear on everything and set up a paynent plan we were both happy with. Overall good experience and we were both very happy with our purchase! Can't wait until our new bed arrives! Thank you Julie :-)

Although we werent the most knowledgable about beds your colleague Andrew in store was very informative and has very high product knowledge without making us feel silly. He was brilliant at making us feel welcomed and not pushy at all in terms of the sale and let us browse at our own pace and open to questions. Would recommend the colleague is internally acknowledged for his service in this particular transaction!

The member of staff who I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and tidy and easily found the bed I was looking for.

The assistant was very informative regarding what mattress could help my back problem. Gave us clean pillows to lay on the bed & gave us chance to try out several different mattresses, answering all our questions. We also felt under no pressure to buy, but felt with the information given about the mattress & the comfort we wanted to purchase

The staff were knowlogeble about the product & sympathetic to our requirements, we were not rushed or hassled in making our decisions very pleased with our purchase.

I only went in to buy pillows, but the staff treated me exactly the same way as if I was buying an expensive bed, rather than dimissing me quickly as I was making such a small purchase. I haven't been into dreams previously and really liked the way you seem to understand what an important place a bed is to you customers.
