Andrew was brilliant, listened to my requirements and helped me find the right mattress topper. All the staff are always friendly at Havant and it is a pleasure to shop there. I have several chronic medical issues that make it difficult for me to walk far. I live within two minutes walk of the shop and without prompting, Andrew offered to carry my purchases home for me. What a star. First class customer service.

As my husband and I entered the shop we were greeted with a friendly sales assistant asking if he could be of any assistance . Not having to buy a bed for the last 10 years we needed all the assistance he could offer. He made us feel very comfortable asked if we would like a cup of tea and said to take as much time as we wanted. Absolutely enjoyed buying a double mattress and headboard. Thant you. Dreams

I had undivided attention from Gemma who listened to understand what I wanted and then showed me options to consider.

There was a wide variety, we found the bed we loved and also found that there was a large mattress choice.

Staff were knowledgeable and not pushy.

When I walked in I was greeted with a hello even though the staff were busy, they asked if I needed help, then left me to browse. When I made my desision I was able to explain that I needed a mattress for my son who is disabled and the problems I had endured recently with him, as he had a big op just weeks ago. The assistant was lovely we had a quick chat then ordered mattress and headboard. Very friendly and very helpful. Cheered me up as it felt like I was talking to a friend.

The staff were very helpful, gave me lots of advice and I tested the beds out, changed the mattress an upgrade, got mattress cover and sheets, sorted out Delivery day help me to my car with the purchases I had brought, will go back once bed been deliver to get bedside cupboard or Chest of drawers very happy with what I was shown

The staff member who assisted us was very helpful, she asked our requirements, made a few suggestions and left us to browse/try out mattresses, yet made sure to check in and see how we were getting on. Very good. We were able to find a bed that was exactly what we wanted within a price range that we were willing to pay.
