Dreams - Havant

Due to my partner breaking our bed. We were looking for a new one. We knew the sort we wanted but we always thought Dreams would be over priced. But on arrival we noticed that they were reasonably. We asked them questions about the Lucia Bed Frame and checked over all the depth of the drawers etc. Gemma was very helpful in making sure this bed would fit all of our needs. She offered us a hot drink when we sat down to place the order. She was very friendly with the children who did not want to sit still. After the order had been placed she was very polite and said if there was any problems either go to the store or ring up and she'll sort it as best as she could. Although we have to wait until August for our bed to be delivered she was very apologetic that it couldn't be delivered earlier. But we didnt mine a) because it means we could sort our room out before the bed came and b) it must be a good bed if its completely out of stock and has to come from the manufactor. Overall, I am highly satsified with my experience at Dreams and will most certainly go there again for future references.

Very pleased with the interaction and appearance of both store and employees. Our little girl was also spoken to and the staff made the whole visit enjoyable.

Couldnt have asked for a better service from the staff, very helpful and very knowledgable. We walked out with a new bed and mattress and feeling very happy

Friendly service

I really liked the store and the way the different beds were colour coded. Store assistant Ash was very helpful and I found a mattress I really liked.

I knew what I was looking for and when I asked for assistance, I was immediately taken to the mattresses that fitted my criteria. The assistant was very clear in explaining about the mattress.

Friendly staff not pressurised into anything, lots of variety

The salesman, Andrew at havant, , couldn't have been more helpful and was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. he even made me a cup of tea while I waited for my husband to come and see the mattress i was thinking of buying. I was very pleased with the shopping experience.

The staff were very helpful and could not have done anymore to help me choose what i was looking for.
