The lady was very helpful showed us what all the beds are.

staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As I have mentioned the store was ridiculously hot, over 32 degrees. We saw people enter the store and leave immediately due to the heat, we only stayed because we were desperate for a new bed. Staff did offer us a glass of water and when we ordered they directed a small fan they had at our seating position. The staff looked drained of energy, to work in those conditions was almost torture. People were definitely put off staying in the store due to the heat.

Needed bedroom furniture but we were unsure of what mattress we wanted. Gemma gave us a pillow talked about the different options and how the colour coding worked and we off to make us a tea while we tried out the beds. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. At no time were we rushed or hassled to make a decision. We found the perfect bedroom furniture but needed to measure the bedroom for fit. Gemma printed of the details so we could phone the order through. We came back into the store and spoke to Julie as it was Gemma's day off. Julie went out of her way to make sure our visit and order were processed and we were happy with everythng.

The lady who dealt with our transaction, Gemma, was very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and in no way "pushy". She made the shopping experience a pleasure. What a shame that lack of air conditioning or even ceiling fans made the visit physically uncomfortable. That apart we now optimistically await delivery of the ordered items.

I found the whole experience at of Dreams, a dream. From the moment we walked into their Havant showroom, we were not hassled and left to wander around looking at the many fabulous products on display. At the perfect time, the assistant sales lady approached us and politely asked how she could help. From the moment we spoke to her, to the moment we left, having bought our bed and mattress, she was there to help and answer any questions. She also kindly offered us tea, coffee or water and allowed us plenty of breathing space to walk around, test out the beds and make choices. She also asked what type of pillow I slept on and gave me the equivalent to use, to try on any beds I liked. Her name was Gemma and she made the whole experience, pleasant, friendly and professional. As a house designer myself, this is just the sort of employee I would want working for me. You are lucky to have her. The whole experience at Dreams was shopping as it should be. A pleasure. Thank you Gemma. You're a star ! Happy to recommend Dreams if you are looking for a bed. I would most definitely go back.

My main reason was that of the non pushy salesman who gave me the information I needed and then left me alone to make a decision without any pressure.

THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF, AND ANY QUESTIONS I ASKED WERE ANSWERED WITH CLARITY. ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE STICKER THAT LETS YOU KNOW WHEN TO RENEW THE MATTRESS. I FOR ONE DIDN'T WANT THAT STUCK ON MY MATTRESS. APPARENTLY ACCORDING THE THE SALES LADY JULIE , I WAS THE SECOND PERSON THAT HAD INQUIRED ABOUT THE STICKER .

There was a colleague called Julie who was absolutely amazing nothing was too little or big an issue and she helped me decide what bed and mattress to buy and helped me every step of the way I am overjoyed with the service I reviewed from her!

Andrew who served us was highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy and allowed us to Browse the store after explaining how the colour code system worked. I was especially pleased that he was asking my, who is Down's syndrome, questions about the order as the purchase was for him.

Greeted at the door by assistant who clearly knew the products and understood my requirements, given a pillow and allowed to take my time testing the mattresses, I was offered a drink which was much appreciated. Having made my decision the order was processed efficiently and a delivery date arranged at my convenience. Altogether a very satisfying experience
