Very patient, and extremely helpful. The staff member was very friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about the products which was very reassuring. We were also offered coffee which was a nice touch and much appreciated.

The sales assistant Julie was very helpful and polite and answered all our questions and was able to show us products within our price range and explain what the different colour codes meant. We were offered tea and coffee and if we required any further assistance. Very excellent customer service.
