Staff knowledge of item friendly approach without being over pushy was nice to have all the time to make up our mind of product we wanted. we had the same lady with sold us the bed so well happy with service.

We were looking for a specific mattress (Hypnos) which we could not find on display. the Sales Assistant (Andrew) took us to the bedroom display, unmade the bed, and invited us to try the mattress and left us to do that - without putting any pressure on us to make a decision or buy. We took our time, and also selected a single mattress, and a pillow. Andrew provided product detail about these, which confirmed our decision to buy. The ordering process was thorough, and the delivery date agreed to suit our needs. All documents were explained, and we were not made to feel rushed throughout the process.

Assistant was very helpful, explaining the colour system and the various constructions of the matresses. Mattress was available for delivery 4 days after ordering which we were very satisfied with. A pleasure to do business with.

Because i wasnt bombarded with staff as soon as i walked in to the store i knew they were there if i needed help , the man that ended up serving me even offered to drop my matress to my door because it wouldnt fit in to my car , but unfortunatley it wasnt in stock .
