Staff at the store made it easy to go through what I was looking for and gave me time to decide. Very friendly and helpful.

Very efficient service from Andrew, asked if we needed help, when told no, left us alone, until we were ready to ask questions and order, this a very orderly, clean store, with plenty of room to move about, not all cluttered up, had a good vibe about it.

Sales person was informative and did not rush me for a decision. He answered all my questions.

We entered the shop in Havant was great Ed buy to member of staff which were happy and smiling with a calm positive approach we was then asked if we needed any help we said yes explained what we think we needed and was told the information also explained to about how the beds was colour coded and explained how each bed was different and how each feature would benifit us was offered a cuppa tea then left to try out the beds. Once we had found what we was looking for we was then Sat down and spoken to about the different payment options and insurances we could get and what we would be offered as a gift with it and spoke about delivery. So we took out a 8year cover and got a free bed protected worth£40.00 then came the Upselling which was pushy was just showed what else was on offer that we could purchase if we wanted to which we did we got new bedding new pillows and new quilt I could be more happy I left the store with great deals feeling confident in my choices and felt so welcomed it was a really great experiance for our first ever time in dreams.

It was a pleasure to shop in Havant Store. The staff were very friendly and not pushy. Would shop there again.

I was approached by an assistant called Gemma, who was an amazing help when looking for a bed-fram and mattress. She was absolutely brilliant in her knowledge of all things beds and her customer service and customer relations. She is a credit to your business. In fact all 3 members of staff that I spoke to were professional, courteous and attentive. Well done.
