I used to rest my weary head, upon an age old bouble bed. 10 long years have come to pass, and now said bed has slept its last. Back to Havant Dreams we ventured,Gemma led on an adventure! With no clue what to do, she helped us feel less blue. Her expertise was quite astounding, she made us laugh, her charm outstanding! Her knowledge of the products was great, she talked us through without a wait! She shared with us all the deals, for beds on legs and some on wheels, mattresses and pillows, she knew it all, slats and linen, we had a ball! Not a thing was too much trouble, she knew we didn't want a double. Twins were out, maybe bunk beds? I've got just the thing she said! Our choice was made, we were relieved, top notch service was received. A super king size brought and paid, talk about a top upgrade! We'd gladly recommend your store, left with a smile and in awe! The perfect journing from start to end, we will look forward to sweet dreams again!

Offered a drink allowed as much time as needed even though i was only purchasing a pillow; offered advice but not pressured.

We were spoken to and made welcome (cup of tea) .. then we were left alone and not hurried at all; at no time did we feel rushed. The staff were available if we needed to ask questions, which we did - this still didn't seem to trigger any 'hurry-up' response. We bought our last mattress from you and were just as pleased then. Thank you.

The lady in the store was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained about the mattress extremly well as we were looking for a single for my autistic son. We were able to take the one we wanted home that day. Very satisfied. I have all ready recomnended the store to friends who are looking for beds. We will return as my husband and I need one for us soon as the springs are sticking out in places on our matres but it will have to wait till next year now. We will be back.

I went to my local store first. They didn’t have the product I wanted but were very helpful in phoning another store to check stock. I went to the other store & the staff there were very helpful too

We were made welcome felt no pressure to buy which was a delight. Pleasantly surprised to be offered tea or coffee by very friendly staff. They have excellent Product knowledge , which we found most helpful making our choice
