Assistance was excellent throughout.

The lady we spoke to was amazing gave us some really great deals, our first time ever going into dreams and i said to the lady I would definitely recommend so could for what u get with the price you pay.

Everything was explained to me, and we were offered refreshments , also the pillow cover and sanitising frequency was explained to me

It was a great service assistant was so helpful and new what she was talking about got offered a drink as well left us alone for 5 minutes to lay down on the bed then came back to see if we were satisfied couldn't wish for more well done dreams.

We were greeted by a lady called Gemma who was very friendly and smiley, she talked us through all the type of mattresses there were and what offers they had on then programmed the Sleepmatch machine to read what would suit us best then showed us which ones were best suitable for us, we then said we would like a bed base and Gemma showed us all the different styles after we’d said what type we would like we walked away very happy with the deal that we got 🙂

Customer service was really good. Colleague who assisted us was very knowledgeable, his name was keaton number 253. Although he was young he was very helpful! Couldn't fault him at all.
