The staff were lovely, I had 3 kids in tow and they were friendly and helpful towards them, even offering water to them. :)

We were not pounced on when entering the shop, was left a little time to look around before being approached and from then on we felt we had his full attention (Harrison). He was polite, knowledgeable & friendly as were the other members of staff in the store. Never felt under any pressure to purchase. We did not purchase on the first visit and returned the next day and was immediately welcomed by Harrison and given the same attention of service.

Mike at the harlow Branch was amazing and made the process of buying a new mattress so much easier for me. I was unsure what I wanted to get, i’m a very indecisive person due to having OCD and felt very overwhelmed. He advised about the sleep machine and to try that (the results where spot on) and then walked me round all the mattresses from the list. He helped talk through the pros and cons of the mattress. He was very easy to talk to, friendly and very accommodating. I ended up walking out with a mattress which seems perfect for me and also a new pillow that I didn’t know I needed until I tried it out on the sleep machine of which I hold Mike wholly responsible for 😂😂 Thank you Mike for all your help and having a laugh. You made the experience a lot more enjoyable than it had previously been Oh and the pillow is amazing!!!!
