a very professional experience all round, friendly and polite staff, first time at dreams but will return to purchase more items

DEc was very professional. I never felt any pressure

The young man who assisted us provided excellent customer service. He knew about the products and he couldn't do enough to help, he answered all our questions with ease. We were left to look around and he even made sure our toddler was entertained with some books and a drink. He listened to our requirements and he was never pushy or put us under pressure to buy. We purchased a bed and received numerous extras thrown in the deal. we are exceedingly happy with the service. (bed is due to be delivered April)

The service was excellent, all colleagues in the store were friendly and helpful. They created a nice atmosphere in the store. The mattress machine was great too.

The lady was willing to spend time with my wife and myself.. throughout our visit and was very helpful and knowledgeble... we spent over £800 because of the lady in question..

From the moment we entered the store at Halifax sales assistant Becky was very welcoming and helped us a great deal in choosing our mattress, from using the mattress selector machine, she gave us plenty of time alone to try the recommended mattresses, she also was very knowledgeable about all the products and there features, we chose the Dreams Grayson King Mattress. All I all a very pleasant visit to the store

Helpful staff

We were helped by a very pleasant lady called Fiona who spent a great deal of time and effort to see that we were able to look and choose at our own convenience with no pressure, even though the shop was busy and her time was directed between many other customers needing assistance. My wife and I were taken to a diagnostic bed unit and offered its use, which proved to be surprisingly accurate to the particular mattresses we had already tested on entering the store. I must say that we had a very pleasant, easy and self indulgent experience.
