Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that were not too pushy but offered the right amount of assistance.

The chap I saw (Dec at the Halifax branch near B&Q) was friendly, approachable and very helpful. If I had asked him to leave me alone and let me decide on my own he would have, there was no element of him pressuring me in any way. I like that.

The whole experience was made easier by the helpful nature of the staff member in the store. He gave us the information we needed & also left us to to decide which purchase to make.

Dec was so friendly and efficient and the visit was quite fun. No pressure to buy an expensive mattress either. I only had one week I could take delivery and that was sorted.

We were served by a lovely pleasant polite knowledgeable young man named Dec. A credit to the company .

Excellent knowledge and service from your assistant

Dec how looked after me was very friendly from stepping into the store to leaving. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the difference between the frames and left me to choose without bothering me. He was always around to help if I needed it and when it came to making my decision he helped all the way through to paying.

Andy at the halifax store was incredible with us. Understood out needs and made the process super easy and straight forward. Asked the correct questions and gathered information to suit us and built a great rapport with us

Good cumin service

Liked the bed test you could do, was a nice touch. The member is staff was very knowledgable and the products we tested were very much to our liking.
