The lady that dealt with us was amazingly polite and knowledgeable, a massive credit to your company. Her sales pitches for additional products were friendly and not forced, which resulted in us purchasing extras, her humour was great and she didn't hound us round the shop like you get we have had in other shops, she approached, delivered relevant and useful information and then left us to make a choice, only returning when it looked like we clearly needed a bit of extra assistance. I'd say she provided one of the best sales experiences I've had anywhere, not only bed shopping.

Dec at the Halifax store is a great asset to your team. He greeted us warmly and asked if we had thought of using your dream bed tester. He then went on to explain the difference between the range of mattresses, he didn't try to sell us the most expensive option but explained the differences between our choice. He was very friendly and helpful. 🙂

Declan at Halifax branch was very polite, professional, he never pressured us to make a decision, he gave us plenty of time and space to think and was very knowledgeable, thanks to him and the team we made a purchase.

From entering the store to leaving we were explained all about every bed and mattress we looked at, the staff were very attentive to our needs
