The knowledge of the manager Tanya was impressive. She was working on her own but was always attentive to our needs, supplying drinks for us and empathetic to my partners needs (she needed to breastfeed our 5 month old daughter). Nothing was too much, she contacted the Huddersfield store to see which mattress we had tried there, she assisted us with the use of the machine that selects the best mattress for you and with the minimum of fuss. Very impressive

The assistant Becky was excellent. She had a good knowledge of her products and was able to advise us on our purchase. She was not pushy but was available for any questions we raised

Becky was fantastic at listening to our needs, providing options and helping us find the solution. Okay thank expected to walk in and walk around ourselves so our expectations were exceeded
