Andy from the Halifax store was very helpful and polite very knowledgeable about the products has he allowed us to try quite a few different styles of mattress’s to suit our needs and explained everything the whole experience was fantastic even brought the mother in law to buy a new mattress today

The experience was incredibly easy and Becky was very friendly and attentive. She understood my needs and catered her approach accordingly. The sleep analysis tool was very pleasant to go through too.

Becky answered my questions, didn't pressure me into a decision, gave honest advice I could trust. Once I'd make my decision regarding which mattress to buy, ordering it was quick and easy.

Becky was really knowledgeable and helped us to pick out the mattress that was perfect for us

Dec was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn't "pushy" when it came to sales, he was warm, welcoming and very personable. He was honest when it came to the products and ensured we had seen everything. It wasent about the sale, it was about the experience and that is why we bought on the day. Thanks!

The sales lady seemed to know what she was talking about.. We asked questions which she answered then left us alone - not at all pushy
