Dreams - Halifax

Staff was very friendly, store very clean, advised us towards what bed we would need.

Upon entering the store we were approached by staff member Andy who was welcoming and polite, and asked what we were looking for (bed & mattress). He explained how we could use Sleepmatch to find the perfect mattress and guided us through the whole process before showing us to matching mattresses, taking all our comments on board. He also found us the perfect bed frame to match our needs and was very patient and understanding. At no point did we feel pressured, and Andy gave us time to discuss/compare etc before coming back now and again to see how we were getting on - I usually find this a bit 'pestering' but Andy genuinely appears happy to help and offers great advice (most sales people seem to be just following a script and only approach you because they have to). He is very knowledgeable and is a credit to Dreams (Halifax branch). We were offered a drink and felt the whole experience was very customised (it's not often that you go to a store and they remember your name!) and we went away feeling like we had been given an A* service! Thanks again Andy, your time was appreciated mate!

The lady was informative showing the different products in the range we specified, the purchase time was also quick and the cold bottle of water given was refreshing thanks

Upon entering the shop we were greeted by a friendly member of staff Fiona who didn't push herself upon on us. We were left to have a quick browse before being asked if we needed help, having said we were looking for a mattress we were asked if we would like to use the machine that scanned our bodies which advises the type of mattress we should choose. The whole experience of purchasing our mattress was fantastic detailed advise was given, drinks were offered to us and would like to say what a great pleasure it was to use Dreams bed shop and thank you to Fiona

Andy was brilliant showing me round the beds helping use the machine that helps pick your mattress. Kept checking on me to see what I thought of mattresses. Very happy

We were given a lot of attention. The staff knew the products really well. The lady who served us was on her own on the floor but managed to keep the 4 customers she was dealing with happy. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made us feel at ease as we wandered around the showroom. Her name was Becky from the Halifax store!

The two employees in the store we dealt with were extremely accommodating and helpful.
