I think i spoke to everyone, what a lovely team! You can tell they enjoy working together. Great quality products in store to try before you buy.

Looking for a new mattress and was offered advice and guidance in a non pushy way.

Polite and understanding staff. Some of the beds were a little dirty.

Having researched our purchase online, with the help of a helpful assistant we were able to complete our order quickly and efficiently.

Went I looking for a mattress and bought one that day. Price quoted was great so we made our purchase there and then. And collected the next day. Staff were helpful and friendly

Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff member called Amanda, she asked what I required then proceeded to explain the different products to me and how I could get the most from my visit i.e. using the same pillow to try different mattresses. Amanda then gave me sufficient time to browse around the store before I made my final decision, she then very helpfully quoted me the final price so that I could think about it before deciding to purchase. Overall, I found the store to be very clean and spacious, nice and bright so that you could see the product clearly and the customer service was just what I hoped it to be. I will 100% be returning to the Gravesend store again.
