Dreams - Gravesend

We were very impressed from start to finish of our visit. I first contacted the store in Gravesend to enquire if they had a certain product in store for us to view. I spoke to Guy who advised that they did. We decided to go and view the product. We were greeted when we entered the store and was pointed in the direction of Guy Robinso by his colleague. He showed us a selection of beds but we decided to go for the original one we liked. We were then measured for a mattress on Sleepmatch (think that was what it was called) and shown a selection that was suited to us. We are very happy with what we have purchased and are looking forward to sleeping in our new bed. Thank you Gravesend store for your professional attitude and helpfulness.

The saleswoman Susan was very knowledgeable and helpful, with the patience of a Saint, nothing was to much trouble for her, we are not good at making quick decisions, so on our second visit she was still willing to go over all the options again before we finally made our choice. Highly recommended>

One of your colleagues in the Gravesend store ,Michael, was really friendly and really understood my needs. He's got great knowledge of Dreams products and he is very creative since he made his own little version of your mascot Log. He was so kind since he gave me the log character he made and even provided us with free teas and hot chocolate. He was also very laid back and gave me loads of time to pick a mattress. He also shown me a variety of mattresses to try and also got good knowledge on them. He was one of the best employees working for your business as he really made my experience fantastic.

The whole shopping experience was very speedy. I found the mattress that suited me instantly and after trying a number of other mattresses decided on the first one I was shown and subsequently tried.

Very helpful and friendly store,very clean.was offered drinks whilst making a decision on which mattress to purchase.we was also allowed to keep trying the mattresses out. When we first arrived we went on the bed which made a decision off which type of mattress would suit us
