The assistant didn't follow us around.. greeted us..gave us space and was available when needed. Was professional and approachable

John was very pleasent, friendly and offered us a drink. He spent a lot of time showing us the different beds and mattressesabd telling us all about the quality of each bed and mattress.

We were able to take our time in deciding which bed we wanted and given all the relevant information to make that decision. The staff were very friendly and we were even given a coffee each while we decided.
