Both of the assistants John and Amanda were excellent. They weren’t at all pushy, just gave us guidance during our visit.

Sales rep Michael was very helpful, understood our needs and helped select the correct product.

Had looked at other bed stores, the 'Sleepmatch' is great, helped us choose the perfect mattress. Layout in store is good with wide choice. John, the manager explained all types of mattresses and answered all our questions.

Micheal was highly knowledgeable and helpful showing us a range of products and suggesting alternatives to suit our needs. In the end we walked away spending double what we were expecting but know its the perfect product we can't wait to receive our new mattress thank you Micheal @ Gravesend!

When we arrived we were given space & time to view the beds & mattresses without being hounded by staff. Yet staff also remained close enough to hand for our queries about products. The lady who supported us with our queries on products was very polite in introducing herself, respectfully kept her distance from us & kept her face mask on during conversation. The lady was patient with us & helpful with her knowledge of beds. We were offered a drink & the lady spent time with us both & helped us to use the sleepmatch system to find the best type of mattress for both our needs. The lady gave us an opportunity to test different pillows too, with cool touch material which we never knew existed. We felt like valued customers even though at the time we hadn't yet made a purchase. The lady helped us by providing a print out so we could go away & think about our desired bed before we returned the next day to make our order in our own time. When we returned we were greeted with the same respectful distance & patience as the previous day. We made our order & the lady helped us to find the best delivery date to suit us. Faye & Quentin
