Dreams - Gravesend

I HAD LOOKED ON LINE TO SEE WHICH GOODS I LIKED. I THEN TELEPHONED THE STORE TO SEE IF THEY HAD THEM ON DISPLAY. WHEN WE CALLED AT THE STORE TO VIEW THE GOODS, IT WAS POINTED OUT WHERE THEY WERE SO WE COULD VIEW THEM. I DON'T FEEL I WAS HASSLED AND WHEN I CAME TO PLACE THE ORDER A MEMBER OF STAFF WAS AVAILABLE AND SORTED ME OUT QUICKLY.

We were unsure about the right mattress for us, but Michael in store talked to us about the different zones depending on how we slept and also told us about the in-store mattress selector bed which we used and narrowed our choice down to 3 types he took us to the different one's for us to try out talked to us in a bit more detail about how we sleep do we get too hot/cold etc and with his knowledge of the mattresses we found the perfect one for us.

BECAUSE OF OTHER SHOPS WERE NOT SO GOOD . AND YOUR SHOP WAS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN AND ANSWED EVERY QUSTION SO I will shop with them again, I am nearly 85 years of age. and most shop don't care if they seave us or not. that why I am highly Satisfied with Dreams

I explained to john I didn't know what kind of mattess I needed and he set me up with the sleep match machine, Michael then supported me to try out the mattresses that would be best for me and Michael helped me to decide which would be best for me, Michael then talked me through my delivery options and payment options. Michael and john were very friendly and showed great customer service

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also the two staff members that saw to us (Fran and John) were very knowledgeable and helpful with every question and need we had, offering us drinks and were generally very welcoming throughout. It made the whole experience enjoyable and I came away satisfied that I had made the right decision on my purchase.

Our assistant Fran, was very professional, knowledgeable,helpful and efficient. . When the 2nd bed I wanted was unavailable in the time needed she offered a very acceptable alternative. Made sure all discounts were applied and explained about the beds delivery system. The whole experience very successful

John was very helpful throughout the process. He understood our needs and delivered the right product.

Fran at the Gravesend branch was lovely and extremely helpful. We were given lots of advice and even free bottles of water due to it being the hottest day of the year. Excellent service

When I walked into your gravesend branch.i didn't have a clue what I needed.your gentleman Michael was absolutely first class in helping me. Gave me lots of information about the products . I didn't walk in thinking I would walk out with a new bed.But Because of his expertise and professionalism which is second to none. I am the proud owner of one of your beds. I'm hope I am going to be as happy when it come to come Excellent service

Michael was a great help, given my budget and requirements Michael helped me to find the best products for my money. Sadly I failed on finance but michael offered a quick solution and I left with an air bed and deposited towards a new mattress to be delivered in a week
