The sale assistant (Michael) answer all our question and even went beyound to explain and demostrate his answers to me and my wife. He even recomend other product to Us which we ended up buying.

We were greeted by a team member on our arrival to the store, completed the sleep position task and then got given many options as to which would be more comfortable in terms of appropriate mattresses for us. Found the store to be spaciously laid out, however at times difficult to find specific mattress after it being recommended. 20% off as part of the BH weekend made a good dent in the price and the extended cover to include a mattress protector was also very welcome. We got given good options for delivery dates and this tied in with current annual leave plans from work thankfully. Overall a very successful trip!

John was very helpful and showed me a big range of products of different prices and explained them all to me! Used the computer to decide the best mattress, which is a huge help as I’m so indecisive. Very quick to process everything and product is being delivered in a week for free. Very good experience and I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything.
