Man took time to ask if I was ok I said I was just looking so he left me to look by myself 😀a little while later he approached me again to see if I needed help and explained the offers that were on and helped me with a mattress choice

I thought the staff st your Gravesend Branch were so kind and helpful way beyond the normal. I cannot express how comfortable I was made to feel, they even looked after my friend who came with me. They were knowledgeable and honest. I felt the store had a lovely atmosphere and this must be to a large degree due to the staff. I had a very bad experience with Benson Beds which really upset me and wish I had gone to Dreams in the first instance. I will always be grateful to the staff for making what is a difficult time for me so easy and straightforward. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I know the Managers name was John and sadly I cannot tell you the name of the lady who also went above and beyond to find what I wanted. She worked there last weekend and was a lovely person to talk to and to do business with. I know I am going over the top here but after the experience I had with Bensons I cannot sing the praises of your staff at Gravesend highly enough. I hope you pass this on to them to show my appreciation. I would not go anywhere else and will recommend that store every time. Many thanks.

The staff member was tentative and patient with me. Took the time to listen to my requirements and even made me a lovely cup of tea. The mattress finder was a nice touch, but I'm sure it is a gimmick

We were welcomed as we entered the door. After explaining what we were looking for we were given the experience of the “test and find out what mattress we should be looking for” bed. Michael in the Gravesend shop showed us round the selection of mattress suggested, spending as much time with us as we needed and supplying information on each one as we tried it. We then moved onto base’ and head boards. Again Michael was very informative on these items.

The sales assistant was so lovely, friendly and funny! Made purchasing the mattress very easy
