Staff were very friendly and helpful. Darren (covering from another branch?) helped my parents and I to find a new bed frame and mattress for myself - he allowed me to play music on the bed's audio system which was great, as well as help to point us in the right direction. John, the store manager, explained the customization options for our purchase on an interactive display which was very helpful and clear. We were also offered drinks and received a free pair of pillows. Thank you both, Darren and John for an exceptional customer experience! Never thought I would enjoy shopping for a bed, but I did!

The staff were very supportive, patient and understanding of my needs. Friendly service providing coffee, tea etc. It was evident that there was a supportive team working together in the store.
