the sales assistant Guy was friendly and knowledgeable, he listened to my needs and advised me well. he said about the dream sleep machine and the mattress I was looking at online was one of the mattresses suggested. because I went in with this in mind it was reassuring that the monies I was about to spend was on the right one. he made my visit enjoyable and pain free even when I had to part with my card (haha). Guy informed me about the mattress protector, the recycling of my old mattress and about the added insurance which i took advantage of all. Guy made my visit easy and as a result not a chore. even though the store was in the middle of being refurbished it was clean and tidy.
