Great service very helpful relaxed happy with purchase

We walked in and no one greeted us at first, which in this times seems unlikely as every shop we have visited is ensuring someone is at the door, we started looking around for an automatic lift ottoman bed but couldn't clearly see any signs displayed to figure out which bed was. We walked around and were about to leave as no one approached us to offer help. As we were walking out I asked a man if they had a bed like that and he very kindly said he could show us (it was upstairs). From that point on, we absolutely loved the customer service received by both himself and his colleague, both were really kind, helpful and happy to help. We were shown to the automatic mattress calculator machine which we found tremendously useful to make a decision and were served with patience and care. Very happy with the service, delivery waiting time and prices. We had been to a few different stores for comparison and we were definitely happy with our final choice.
