Friendly knowledgeable staff/team in store

Being inexperienced/naive in buying mattresses, it was a satisfying revelation to encounter the delivery of helpful advice and depth of products in store.

Every question was answered to my satisfaction . Staff were friendly and helpful

I found the the sales person (susan) a very friendly and professional person, who helped my wife and myself with all of our questions regarding our purchase, nothing was to much trouble .it made our shopping trip very relaxing and pleasurable.

Because John the manager went above and beyond to put the problem right . Regardless on how incompetent ,rude , obnoxious the customer service person (SHANNON) was. And I wasn’t the first or the last to complain about her

From the moment we walked in we were very well looked after. Sue was extremely pleasant and made us feel at ease. She had great product knowledge and after we gave her our brief she showed us exactly what we needed. No pressure to buy anything else.

The only issue we had was the lead time of the product purchased (3 weeks), this however was not the fault of the Gravesend store nor it's staff. They were very competent, friendly even going to the extent of keeping my children entertained. We were so happy with them that we purchased a tub of sweets for them as a thank you.

Didn’t oversell or push us to buy most expensive, gave us time to browse. Did a mattress test on us and checked choice appropriate to the results. Very friendly and helpful lady Mandy served us.
