Very good service, a lot of help and advice given, but also left alone to make a choice and we’re not made to feel pressured at all. The salesman at the Gravesend store, I think it may have been Guy, was brilliant.

Very satisfied with the attention given to me by Susan in the Gravesend branch. Showed me different types of mattress and explained the properties of each and the price ranges. First class service.

The staff were helpful in helping me find the product I wanted. I needed my daughter to pay later and they were helpful in setting this up.

I was looking for a good mattress to suit my needs but I was on a strict budget which the lady understood. She kindly showed me a good mattress in clearance that was perfect. I was very lucky.

Excellent service with no pressure with great explanation of the product even tho we already knew the mattress that we liked they still gave us other options with any pressure .

The service was second to none, staff member that served us was very knowledgeable and made suggestions that were most helpful, he also went the extra mile in makes us feel comfortable and generally was a really nice person, at no point in the store did we feel like we were being “sold too” we were left to make up our own mined and felt no pressure at all.
