Friendly staff and good knowledge of products. Helped find mattress requirement

From walking into the store we were greeted with a very friendly welcome by all members of staff. They explained how the mattress tester works, talked us through the different types of mattress and showed us the bed frames of our choice. Excellent service all round.

The assistant was very helpful and kind and did every thing she could to make things easy for us. Most satisfactory.

Friendly and very welcoming staff I went in with my little girl and they couldn’t be more helpful with pick out a new mattress for her and even asked if we wanted a coffee or hot chocolate

We where looking for a new mattress the sales assistant came over asked if she could help pointed out where we need to look and left us alone to look for our self which me and my wife liked the assistant very knowledgeable very helpful I made a few mistakes with my cards ie numbers but it was sorted thank you very much we also purchased pillows the hot and cold ones they are brilliant again thank you
