Dreams - Gravesend

I have bought a number of items from this Dreams store in Gravesend as the manager John is always helpful, knowledgeable and makes me feel like a valued customer . His colleague ,Mandy , placed my order -a new mattress for my 86 year old mother .Mandy was sympathetic to my needs and took time with me which I really appreciated .Thank you Elaine Scott

Good customer service

Frances, the sales person that served us, was exemplary. She was friendly and accommodating, she really made us feel welcome. She has obviously been well trained in sales but at no point did we feel that we were receiving a hard sell. It made a relatively large purchase for us very easy and pleasant. Frances was great.

The store was empty of customers on the day so I had the full attention of a lovely lady associate.
