Very good visit to Dreams. Asad had good product knowledge and helped me compare my two favourite mattresses. I was trying to decide between getting a mattress online but the experience in dreams changed my mind completely.

Upon arrival in store a salesman (guy) approached us and was extremely helpful to my needs. I am an elderly, frail disabled lady and Guy was very attentive to my needs. A very kind and helpful man

Sales assistant was incredibly attentive and helpful. Gave me a very good deal and helped advise the choices available to me.

I popped into store on Saturday, alone. Asad approached me and asked what my needs were. I explained. He showed me some mattresses explaining the differences in quality, offerings and price. He then showed me how i could use a sleep machine to identify the best match. I was really impressed, and told him i would be back the following day with my Husband to make a purchase but that we would be really pushed for time. He said we could come in at 10am and browse and then from 10.30 he would be able to process the transaction. This is exactly what happened. It was all so smooth and we found him very understanding without being patronising or smothering.

All very friendly , very impressed with Dreams all round.
