Dreams - Gravesend

Me and my partner have never been bed/mattress shopping before and was a little unsure how it all works. We went into our local dreams to be met by Micheal and John from the Gravesend branch and they were incredibly helpful, there was no question left unanswered. The hospitality was also a lovely touch. We could not fault their service, if we ever need a bed/mattress again we will definitely be heading back there. We hope they get some sort of recognition for this. They deserve it.

We bought our previous bed from Dreams. We were very happy with it so when we needed a new bed due to a flood in the house we went back. John Lafferty couldn't have been a better choice as an assistant. He spotted us as we walked in, heard our requests and then gave us a range of options, prices and advice without any hard sell or exaggerations. We ended up spending £1637 but we got exactly what we wanted and had a great experience. It is rare today to feel this way, so John (and also the other staff who were involved; Su, and apologies I can't remember the others' names) needs to be informed that it is appreciated and for the HQ to know it reflects really well on your brand. We will certainly be recommending you to our friends.

Every thing is very good

Excellent service as always. bought a few bed at the Gravesend store. Always find the staff knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. That is why I return to buy more beds when I need them.

Had back pain and was asked to use the sleep matcher which selected the perfect mattress. Now appear to be pain free and supported for a great nights sleep.
