I disagree with being charged extra to be told whether my delivery is going to be morning or afternoon. That's unnecessary and just greedy.

the way the gravesend store is laid out is fairly confusing, but clearer than the thurrock store. That place is impossible to navigate.

Was in the store for a while before a member of staff asked if they could help. The staff were chatting amongst themselves before. They were helpful and knowledgable after that

I was totally satisfied. Would hv liked a darker grey upholstery but not a massive issue.

The gentlemans name was John very helpful and went out of his way to look for exactly what we wanted

To expect a customer to rate highly satisfied , is asking to much, everything was satisfactory, in our case the staff were friendly, helpful , and respectful, only to be expected in ANY shop . You should not go looking for plaudits, they should come from the customer , freely . I know this sounds a bit nitty gritty, your firm is ok , we bought our last single bed and mattress from you , and we're back for more, so don't WORRY

I did not require delivery and as delivery is 'free' at the moment, there was a discussion with the manager about a discount. I wad not satisfied by the way this was dealt with and felt that the manager could have done mote to assist me . The sales assistant was very helpful but the manager spun me a take that I don't really believe!!!

We all like a bargain at the end of the day, the cheaper the better hopefully the product when we have it delivered will live up to it name

I was very satisfied with the help and service I received she couldn't have been nicer and she made it very easy and helped explain everything.

I had hoped for a larger discount on the price quoted especially as this price was the same as quoted by one of your competitors
