Some of the prices per mattress were too expensive and although our assistance was very good it was a struggle to hear him as he spoke quietly

As item in stock would of liked same or next day delivery. Also brought quilt cover set brought it home and washed it very disappointed with the quality

Given the amount we were spending today and the amount we had spent just over a year previously, I thought we could have been given more of a discount than we were but the service was otherwise good.

Staff were very helpful - 10/10. However, there's a VAST range of stock and it is not always easy to identify items from your webpages to items in the store. Prices can also be confusing; some have a discount, some do not. The prices displayed ought to be the price you pay. Impressed by the speed of delivery (within a week). Nonetheless, none of these points are critical and I'd be happy to visit/buy again.

I thought that by spending nearly £2k with you there might have been better customer engagement. Several times during the ordering process, another assistant left their desk to answer the phone on ours (despite there being one on theirs (do they not "pick up"?). Then proceeded to have conversations in front of the assistant working with me. This distracted my assistant. Upon completion we were dismissed and immediately the two assistants began doing other things. Whilst not wanting to be fawned on by your staff, the experience did not leave me with any reason to be satisfied with the personal level of service. However, the assistant knew their stuff and was able to provide me with exactly what was needed.

The service was fine, I dont feel anything inparticular happened to make me highly satisfied but the experience was positive.
