All the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were in store for nearly two hours deciding and Michael was very helpful and good with my child. There was a problem getting the finance through (due to the fact we’re moving so two addresses causes the finance company confusing) but Michael did everything he could. Only really disappointment is no delivery date, could be a 5 week wait.

Nothing wrong with the store per say, it’s just we were not happy having to buy a new mattress. Nothing to do with your company really.

Service was great we've always bought our beds from you , and today we bought again from you although we did go to another outlet but they didn't seem to know about the product . The only reason I didn't give full marks was because we have not had our mattress delivered yet

We had a specific product in mind, having seen it on-line, but the details were not apparent, although Frances was readily available with the advice required. The price was competitive with similar items on-line but (of course) can always be better.
