Didn’t have the mattress we saw online to test

I generally don't give highly satisfied on surveys as there is always room for improvement.

Still awaiting delivery date, bed ordered in store on 05/11/19, an update of delivery time sent on 12/11/19 that stated approximately 7-8 week lead time. As my daughter has recently had her bedroom redecorated she is now sleeping on a old mattress in her new room. The money seemed to come out of my bank instantly but no products provided. Very dissatisfied with this.

I was given the option of old mattress disposal for £20 which i declined when placing the order i walked out of the shop. returned straight away into the shop to take up the option but the assistant could not add it to the order but could supply the service for £40 which i declined. i feel that it should have been able to have been added to the order for the £20. This is the only problem i encountered otherwise excellent service

Looking for a particular bed for my mother who is 84. A lot of the beds where too high for her to get onto. The only ones seemed not to be as solid as others.

The man who initially started our consultation didn’t listen to what we said. He was pushy for us to use the mattress machine the recommended one twice our budget despite us explaining our limit.

It would be nice to know if there was a discount for the bed or mattress £1000 for a single bed is a lot of money

I was Brussels bed frame but it was not available in the store so I had to look pics online and decide if I wanted to buy the item or not
