Went to 2 different dreams stores one in lakeside and one in Gravesend, they offered a deal in the lakeside depot and told me if I came back that day I would get a further discount, which was only off the bed care The Gravesend depot did offer to match but at first said it was not possible and they shouldn’t be offering discounts to counter act other depots, we found that spending £2799 on a bed they could have at least kept the internal issues between themselves, as I felt like I may have got the staff member in lakeside in trouble.

I am just a very indecisive person so I had to discuss with my dad in order to make the perfect decision as there was not a lot of colour choices in the beds I liked. However, we had a lot of help from one of the colleagues called Asad who was very helpful and understood what we needed. he also had great customer skills and knowledge about the products in-store.
