Plenty of choice of products I was looking for, & they were easy to find, well displayed & priced etc. The member of staff who served me was very helpful, & efficient and the price was very good. Can't fault the experience!

I was highly satisfied with the customer service, all very helpful and friendly and informative. However I was not impressed with some of the wait times on the product, and we changed our order to get something delivered sooner. I also wasn’t impressed with the price I paid, it was a lot more than I was expecting, especially given that I purchased numerous products.

I was satisfied, more than satisfied with shopping at Dreams. The term, highly, is a little over the top for any shopping experience. Guy, the assistant, was extremely helpful and explained everything. No complaints whatsoever.

I was very happy with the price and how I was looked after this time, and hopefully will be happy when my order arrives, I’d used you shop about 5 years again and wasn’t very happy with the quality of product I bought, so hopefully this time will be better. But this time the staff was great x

Only that I wanted a grey leather bed frame which you don't sell.

Stock upstairs although dad couldn't walk far before getting puffed they did offer the lift. Delivery date was quiet a while away.. But overall really good service.

Just the pricing ... finding all the added extras once you had decided the product you wanted.
