Amazing customer service by John in the Gravesend store. Understood all my needs and showed us a range of products. He allowed time for us to talk and was very accomidating brillia t over all experience could not ask for better!

Fantastic staff in John and Frances, nothing too much trouble for them. John was a great help, very informative about everything, loved how they both helped us to choose the correct mattress for our needs. Best customer service I have received in a long time.

we were greeted immediately. Our questions were answered with no hesitation. Explanations on types of mattresses and what needs we are looking for. On trying out the mattress we were given pillows and were not rushed. the staff were happy and pleased to help. even after the sale we were informed that we can ring with any queries. nothing seemed too much bother for them.
