James, the sales assistant (or manager) was extremely good. Very knowledgeable and informative without being too attentive. Demonstrated relevant products very clearly. I was extremely impressed by him as a salesperson. On eof the best I've ever encountered. A real asset for Dreams.

We researched products online. We were not pounced upon as we walked in but salesman in clear sight and open to our interest. We were very pleased to have our interested product explained and readily available to see and test in store. We were impressed by salesman's knowledge, interest and friendliness and to not have alternative more expensive products promoted.

THE STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY AT ALL TIMES.

I walked into a very clean store with plenty of staff. I wasn't jumped on straight away but assistance was offered just at the right time when I needed it. The sales rep knowledge of all the products I was interested in was spot on. They did not have the original item I wanted to see but checked around different places to find it (which no store displays), and eventually found one in the warehouse they could do a deal on.... I eventually decided to go for a different item.... I was highly indecisive but the staff were very patient and obliging. I have since received good service from the customer service team too.

Great guest service by an employee called Jamie 130 as so as I entered the store I was asked f I need a hand I was politely approached, time of visit was 17.15 near close time but Jamie spent as much time with me as needed not being pushy as I have experienced in the past. I would highly recommend the service given also the quality of the products, if am in need of another bed I will be returning as a happy costumer

We were welcomed as soon as we came into the store by a friendly colleague who listened to what we were looking for and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He explained all the options available (we were shopping for a mattress) and explained that there was a sale on as well. He took us through all the types of mattress available and offered us a pillow each to try as many as we liked. He gave us information and allowed us enough time and space to gather our own opinions and not be bugged. He was very helpful and made the experience very flawless and enjoyable. The manor in which he dealt with our requests was very professional and made us feel welcomed.
