Fran was very knowledgeable about the products available! We was shown the sleep match machine and each of the results was explained and the products shown to us. The order process was quick and efficient just what we needed with a 3 year old and 10 week baby with us! The whole process from walking in the store to leaving was made quick, easy and efficient thanks to Fran. We got exactly what we wanted and we can’t wait for our new mattress to be delivered!

The colleague assisting me was very attentive and knowledgeable. We were in the store for a long time but she was patient with us.

We were approached by Fran when we entered the store, she asked what we were looking for and details about our existing mattress. She was very professional and helpful and was able to look up on the computer system to find the age of our current mattress which we purchased from the store 8 years ago. Fran invited us to lay on the ‘Sleepmatch’ to see which type of mattress would be best suited to our needs. Fran explained the different mattresses and listened to our views about which type of mattress we thought we’d prefer, taking into account the results from the technology used. Fran was very helpful and knowledgeable an asset to Dreams.

Mandy from the Gravesend store was extremely helpful. She listened to our requirements and helped us choose a bed that suited us and the size of our bedroom.

Mandy was extremely helpful and listened to exactly what we wanted. We used the sleep match to determine the best mattress for us and we’re given a drink whilst out order went through and even some story books to give go our nieces.
