Dreams - Gravesend

Fran was very helpful and spent a lot of time showing us different options even showing us beds that weren't on the shop floor and explaining all the types of mattresses. We are very happy with our choices and couldn't of made those choices without help.

We were made to feel welcome and never felt pressurised.

The slaesman - Jamie that assisted us was highly knowledgeable and very pleasent. Was not too push but know his job - al other salesmen in the store were also bery friend and helpful.

The service was impeccable, the products I required were easily available and had a prompt delivery date, and also was given a discount for the item was on offer a Dream visit if you will.

The staff were attentive and treated us as individuals. we were shopping for three teenagers who didnt really know what they wanted, but the staff were patient and allowed them time to make their minds up without pressurising them

We bought two complete bedroom suites when we moved to our present house two years ago and wanted to add one more drawer unit to one of them. Even though we couldn't remember the style name of the furniture, all the information was quickly bought up on the store computer and we were even served by the same sales assistant as before.

The reason I was so highly satisfied was all down to the gentlemen that looked after us "James" at the gravesend store. He was brilliant and I have not met such a helpful knowledgable sales staff for a long time. He was not pushy in his sales technique but there when I needed to ask a question and not hanging around talking when I needed time to think and privacy to try out the bed. He is a credit to the company
