Dreams - Gravesend

Very friendly and helpful staff although there were only 2 employees on the shop floor. Asad, the gentleman who helped us, was lovely although did repeat himself a lot! But I understand this was to ensure we knew what we were getting and shows his knowledge and enthusiasm. We used the machine too which showed the best range of mattresses for me and was a lot quicker than trying every mattress in the store!

Great level of service, very friendly people. I don't like buying online, I prefer some experienced people who know what they're talking about to give me some advice. Will say the wooden beds are way over priced. One that I liked was about £750, but thin and flimsy and not even real wood. The bed frame we bought from Oak Furniture Land was £600, it's very solid and chunky with real wood throughout and a beautiful design. There was also a £400 option in Oak Furniture Land which was a nicer better quality. We bought the mattress from dreams as it was comfy and came with good service. Prices looked good on the Divans as well. Just some market feedback for you that your wooden bed range is priced way out of the market. We bought that bit in Maidstone.

Mandy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The store manager also helped by finding the info of our previous orders whilst Mandy showed us all of the products that were of interest to us. We would definitely recommend Dreams.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our assistant was Fran and she was helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience.

We received a very good assistance, or behaved nicely with us, we received all the information we needed and of course we received help in choosing the bed and the mattress.

I was greeted on entry to the store and was given time to look around before being assisted. I was unsure which type of mattress I needed by was kindly helped by the shop assistant who set up the mattress testing machine which swayed me away from a soft mattress. Overall great experience Friendly staff and placing an order was easy. I was asked whether I wanted extended warranty without being pressured. Very happy with the service
