Dreams - Gravesend

I recently visited the Dreams store in Gravesend to look for a new bed; I went into the store not knowing what kind of bed I wanted and I came out with a new bed frame and mattress that I am very pleased with. The colleague that served me was fantastic; he was knowledgeable and helpful as he knew exactly what kind of bed I was looking for. He showed me a range of options (cheap and expensive) to choose from and he did not pressurise me into making a sale. I would definitely recommend to go to Bradley if you are looking for a new bed.

I was served b a young man called Bradley who was very friendly, polite and for his young years came across as very professional and genuine and is a credit to your store.

As soon as we entered the store a member of staff was ready to help, asked us what we needed and explained the benefits of different mattresses well to us. Fran was very knowledgable and made sure we knew exactly what we were buying with the bed and matress. Very attentive and really generally lovely. When placing the order she talked us through the warranty option and got us the best available offers.

The assistant was very courteous, professional, took time to explain the various products and what would suit us. There was no off-putting hard sell, but we were given all the information and time needed to make up our mind what product to buy. He was one of the best salesman I have dealt with in a long time.
