The staff were extremely helpful and courteous and spent a lot of time with me to ensure that I was choosing the right products for my needs. I did not feel pressurised in any way which is a refreshing change from the selling methods of many stores. I left the store with a smile on my face! Well done one and all but especially to Frances.

Was able to purchase exactly what we wanted inside an hour. No hard sale just plenty of options. All in all good service by excellent staff & a nice cup of tea. Perfect 👍
