Dreams - Gravesend

I was on my phone when i walked into dreams,i wasnt interupted and when my call had finished within seconds i was approached by James he was fantastic,he wasnt pushy,the decision on finding my bed was down to me but with the help of James knowledge,i also had interaction with Fran fantastic lady,i hope their hard work doesnt go un-noticed.

Fran greeted us quickly and warmly but was never intrusive or pushy. We made our decisions ourselves in our own time with her help. Excellent support during the ordering process. Good opportunity to feel the products on offer and consider all options.

Guy was very informative and gave us space to discuss our needs and was on hand when needed

James and his colleagues at Gravesend were really helpful and advised us on our purchase

They were very accommodating to our needs and budget. We got the bed we wanted for the price we wanted.

It is very rare these days to find good customer service. Indeed it even varies within the Dreams Shops. When we visited the Bluewater shop we found the customer service extremely bad and indifferent. The young staff appeared disinterested. However the service at the Gravesend showroom was completely the opposite . We were very happy with the shoping experience.
