Fran at the Gravesend store was very helpful and patient, she had a great attitude and was very sociable.

The Gravesend store exceeded expectations! It was very busy for a Sunday but John made time to ask what we were looking for and point us in the right direction completely unprovoked. This advice was spot on and he was so helpful at every stage! As was Linda who completed the purchase with us and got us a really good deal. Extremely satisfied and has raved about the experience to friends and family already!

Excellent customer service and good quality product

The knowledge of the colleague serving us was excellent. Asad was very friendly, approachable and gave us brilliant advice on the type of mattress that’s most suitable for us. He also suggested a pillow for my back pain, which I’m using and loving already. Excellent experience overall. (Plus he gave us complimentary drinks).

Such a friendly member of staff who took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed. He spent a long time with me to make sure I had made the right decision. Absolutely brilliant service.

Brilliant service. We bought a bed for our bedroom a few weeks ago and was highly satisfied. We returned on Saturday for a mattress for a spare room and again was highly satisfied. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t fault the service.
