John, our assistant for the trip did a fantastic job. From the minute we entered the building we was greeted with a huge smile which made me feel welcomed. He asked if we required any help and took time to listen to what we wanted and did a brilliant job in explaining everything. His customer assistance was fantastic and i would go back for his brilliant service!! he really did help a lot!! thank you John

The colleague was very helpful from the start as we arrived in the store. With handing a leaflet & explaining the type Of mattresses by colour code that was displayed with the beds. Once we decided on our purchase the colleague was more than helpful with our purchase.
